Emanuele Isidori is a Full Professor of General and Social Pedagogy at the University of Rome Foro Italico. His portfolio extends to the roles of Vice-Rector for International Relations and Cooperation, Vice-Director for the Department of Movement, Humanities, and Health Sciences, and the Head of the Laboratory of General Pedagogy.

Recognised by ANECA as a Profesor Catedrático de Universidad in Social and Juridical Sciences, Professor Isidori also dedicates his expertise to the Committee for Ethics, Education, Anti-Doping Training, and Research (CEFAR) with NADO Italy and oversees the Observatory on Ethics and Sports Law at his university.

Before his doctorates, Professor Isidori laid a robust classical foundation with a Master's degree in Classical Philology from the University of Rome Sapienza and a second Master's degree in Philosophy, specialising in General Pedagogy, from the University of Siena. He subsequently achieved a PhD in Educational Sciences from the University of Perugia and PhD in Physical Activity and Health from the University Alfonso X in Madrid. His academic achievements include 60-ECTS Master's degrees in International Relations, Adult Education, E-Learning, Italian Language Didactics for Foreign Speakers, geographical studies, and Counselling. His international academic engagements have included roles as a DAAD scholar in Germany, a lecturer in Greece, and visiting professorships in Spain and the United States (California State University Long Beach, CSULB).

Acknowledged for his contributions to sports pedagogy with the ASESDECO-Francisco de Vitoria University Prize in 2014 and several other distinguished awards, Professor Isidori has authored more than 300 publications, delving into Educational Research Methodology, e-learning Pedagogy, Sports Studies, Teacher Education, Philosophy of Education, and Social Pedagogy. His extensive research and teaching experiences continue to influence the academic and ethical landscapes of education and sports.
